A&B Foundry and Machining is seeking an experienced Accounting and Human Resources Administrator
Reports To: President
Job Description:
Responsible for all Accounting and HR Department functions at the Foundry including but not limited to the following:
- Keeps records of Financial Transactions
- Verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions
- Generate and Maintain Financial Reporting such as Balance Sheet, P&L, etc..
- Manages Payroll and Associate Benefits
- Manages Job Costing and provides Reporting
- Maintain Employee and Business Records
- Knowledge of QuickBooks and Cost Accounting Systems
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 Years Accounting and Human Resources Experience
- Good People and Communication Skills
- Detail Oriented and Highly Motivated
- Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
