A&B Foundry and Machining is seeking an experienced Accounting and Human Resources Administrator 


Reports To:  President


Job Description:

Responsible for all Accounting and HR Department functions at the Foundry including but not limited to the following:

  • Keeps records of Financial Transactions
  • Verifies, allocates, and posts details of business transactions
  • Generate and Maintain Financial Reporting such as Balance Sheet, P&L, etc..
  • Manages Payroll and Associate Benefits
  • Manages Job Costing and provides Reporting
  • Maintain Employee and Business Records
  • Knowledge of QuickBooks and Cost Accounting Systems



  • Minimum 3 Years Accounting and Human Resources Experience
  • Good People and Communication Skills
  • Detail Oriented and Highly Motivated
  • Good Analytical and Problem Solving Skills
